"Green Choice" is not decoration. The solutions used in the wash pit, the decontamination bath and the hand‑washing floor are green, organic‑based and pH‑balanced for wool, silk and cotton. They leave no chemical residue in the rug, which matters twice: a residue‑free rug is safe for a crawling child, a dog that sleeps on it and a family member with asthma, and a residue‑free rug stays clean longer, because there is nothing left in the pile to attract soil. Bleach never touches a rug here; fringes are whitened with wool‑safe brighteners, and ivory rugs get a non‑chlorine brightening rinse.

Green does not mean gentle to the point of ineffective. The soil comes out because of the dusting machine and the full immersion, not because of harsh chemistry, and the rinse‑until‑clear stage is what makes the difference between a rug that looks clean for a month and one that is clean.

Licensed, and accountable

We hold the licenses required to operate the business and the plant, we are insured for the rugs in our care, and every rug is photographed front and back at intake so its condition is on record before we touch it. You approve a firm price before work starts, you approve every repair separately, and you pay on delivery after you have seen the rug. If a rug cannot be cleaned safely, we tell you at inspection rather than after.
