This page explains what information we collect through this website and by phone, why we collect it, and what we do with it.
When you request a quote or book a pickup, we collect your name, phone number, email address if you give it, your address for pickup and delivery, and details about your rug. The website form is delivered to us by a form‑processing service; we do not use tracking cookies, advertising pixels or analytics that identify you personally.
To contact you about your quote, to schedule pickup and delivery, to identify your rug at the plant, and to keep a record of the work done on it. Photographs of rugs are kept with the job record. We do not sell, rent or share your information with anyone outside the business except the services needed to deliver it to us and to process payment.
Rugs are photographed at inspection for our records. We only publish a photograph of a customer's rug on this site with the customer's permission, and never with an address or name.
You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, by phone or by email at the address below.
