The rugs we collect from Sayville, Patchogue and Bellport
Sayville, West Sayville, Bayport and Blue Point are old bayfront villages with Victorian and shingle houses, and their rugs are a mix of inherited Persians and Chinese rugs, hooked and braided pieces, and the sand‑filled dhurries and jute of houses that also have a place on Fire Island (the Sayville ferries serve Cherry Grove and the Pines). Oakdale adds the big houses along the Connetquot; Bohemia, Holbrook, Holtsville and Ronkonkoma are family suburbs north of Sunrise Highway with everyday and inherited rugs. Patchogue village has revived and its apartments and renovated houses send modern rugs, Moroccans and viscose; Bellport village is a small pocket of very fine houses and very fine rugs, with the Bellport Bay damp that goes with them. Shirley, Mastic, Mastic Beach and the Moriches are further east, on the water, and flood.
Rugs are rolled pile‑out on a tube and wrapped for the route to Farmingdale.
