How pickup works
You book by phone or through the form with the rug size, type and your town. We schedule you on the next route through your area, usually within two to four days, and call ahead on the day. Two technicians come for room‑size rugs, one for small pieces. Furniture is moved, the rug is rolled pile‑out on a tube (never folded), wrapped, and taken directly to 44 Executive Blvd. At the plant it is inspected, measured and dye‑tested, and you get a firm price by phone before any work begins.
Seven to ten days later (longer for silk, urine or repairs) the rug comes home on the same route, is unrolled, laid over new padding if you ordered it, and the furniture goes back. Payment is on delivery.
